Erika Muñoz
Impact Strategist & Facilitator
MY TEAM
Partnerships
While I offer my consulting services under my name, I am not the only person behind Erika Muñoz Consulting. A future project is to think of a name that captures the essence of my partnership with these lovely humans and many more I hope to meet along the way.
I am the primary consultant and depending on the contract, the only consultant, hence why I've kept working under my name. However, my favourite work involves partnering with talented individuals who complement my skillset in order to create a greater impact for the people and organizations we work with. I am lucky to have a vast network of really talented people and often custom-pick my team members to best fit the different needs of each contract.
The people included here are folks who have collaborated with me on several occasions and I'm happy to call my associates.
Rose-Anne St-Paul
(Elle, She/Her)
Rose-Anne’s practice is informed by her life experience as a second-generation settler born in Tiohtià:ke (‘Montréal’) raised by a Haitian immigrant family. She draws inspiration from her elders’ wisdom and values critical thinking, slowing down, open-mindedness and consent awareness (with oneself and others). She is able to work in French and English.
From working in the healthcare system as a research coordinator, she began working within community organizations as a psychosocial worker, coordinator and community researcher. She has been working as an organizational consultant since 2018. Her areas of interest include program implementation and post hoc evaluation, human resources support, training and strategic planning. The projects she supports share their desire to centre and better the lives of the people they serve.
Today, Rose-Anne meets people where they are by providing organizational consulting and by supporting individuals as a guidance counsellor and psychotherapist at Presence, her own practice.
