Visioning Retreats

These retreats are designed to help organizations identify their vision, mission, and values. They are designed for organizations that haven't previously identified these components or are making significant structural changes to their way of work.

Recalibration Retreats

These retreats are designed for organizations that already identified their vision, mission, and values and are looking to update them and recalibrate. This is highly recommended if your organization hasn't revisited these components in more than 5 years or if you have major changes in staff and board.

I offer an anti-oppressive lens to help organizations realign their values in small to big ways that support the well-being of their staff, board, and volunteers.

Values-Focused Meeting Facilitation

This type of meeting facilitation helps organizations that want to make intentional decisions that are anchored in their values. The framework for facilitating decision-making processes is explicit about keeping organizational values at the forefront of the conversation. It can also be helpful when there are dynamics at play that are hard to challenge internally and can benefit from an external perspective to help keep power holders accountable to the values they represent.
