Meeting Facilitation

I can facilitate your meetings to allow full participation and group breakthroughs by holding the space for brave conversations, fostering team collaboration and unity, and turning potentially tedious conversations into interactive and fun meetings. 

It is often beneficial to have a third party facilitate team meetings to guide you with organized and engaging agendas, ask thoughtful questions with a fresh perspective, and help you keep focused on your objectives.

Team Retreats

A way to support unity and organizational well-being is by providing your team with opportunities to have fun, relax, and feel valued and engaged. 

Team retreats can be designed around specific outcomes depending on the needs of your organization. It can be a way of upscaling small group meeting facilitation to facilitating for everyone in your organization (ideally, off-site).

Peer Support

As a solopreuneur and facilitator, I know the value of having thinking partners to help me get unstuck, provide new perspectives, and share activities and resources.

I offer 1:1 design support, frameworks, tools, and customized activities. At live sessions, I offer co-facilitation and co-production services.

Capacity-Building Workshops

I offer capacity-building workshops (trainings) or 1:1 sessions tailored to the needs of your organization. While I share expertise on certain topics, I always honour individuals' knowledge and transferable experience to co-create and open opportunities for mutual learning. 

Some of the skill development offerings available are:

  • leadership and supervision for new or existing managers, 

  • intercultural awareness and competency,

  • cross-cultural and intergenerational communication, 

  • self-awareness for group empathy and cohesion, 

  • facilitating engaging meetings (virtual or in-person)... and more!

Experience Design

Experience design is a method that is rooted in framing experiences by designing for transformation at the feeling, thinking, and action levels. It uses a holistic approach with human-centred methodologies and seeks to strengthen relationships and connections. 

As a certified Experience Designer, all my facilitation involves this in one way or another. However, I also facilitate experience design sprints/sessions for organizations rethinking organizational culture and service delivery. I help you think through how to create better experiences with your organization, improve services/programs, and strengthen relationships for your team, stakeholders, and the people you serve.
