I’m Erika Muñoz (she/her), an impact strategist, researcher, and community facilitator who helps nonprofits and grassroots groups reflect, plan, and deepen their impact with intention. I bring over a decade of experience in the sector through various volunteer and professional roles.
I believe that communities carry deep knowledge about their own realities and the changes they seek. My role is to help make that wisdom visible through thoughtful facilitation, participatory research, and clear, strategic guidance.
My approach is grounded in anti-oppressive and community-centred values. I help groups move at a sustainable pace, make sense of complexity, and surface collective wisdom through care, reflection, and collaboration.
